The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel was located close to a metro station and had easy access to public transportation. the complimentary breakfast provided a good start to the day.

The traffic noise and occasional cold room made for a less comfortable stay. The curtains and sink plugs were also in need of repair.

Nice room. Good home base for weekend in Baku...

Really helpful hotel staff. All main attractions such as heydar aliyev center were near this venue. Don't forget to explore Baku City Circuit neighborhood.

Good value for money. I liked the hotel. It is clean, the staff seemed well managed and trained (yet I am not sure about their capacity to serve customers in English). Three stars counted by central European standard, well deserved. The location is outside of the centre but a good area. It's easy to get a taxi to either the city (ca. 10 min / 5-7 manats) or the airport (ca. 25 min / 25 manats).

Ask them to get a room away from frontside (noisy due to road in front of the hotel). My bed, though looking solid at first sight, was the only significant malus I must report. Some of the slats were broken. [And yet, when I asked for a repair, the staff reacted friendly did what they could to conduct a "first-level-support"...] Breakfast is offered in accordance with local flavor, i.e. no continental content (apart from some cornflakes). Coffee is good. Like it or leave it.

The hotel is clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. the hotel had a good location, close to the city center and convenient for exploring. the breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.
